I trained with Paul for a year, up until I moved away from Seattle. I went to him with two objectives. The first was to improve posture from years of terrible posture at work (computer posture). The second was weight loss, but more specifically fat loss. I wanted to maintain or increase muscle mass. I saw success on both fronts. My posture has vastly improved. So much so that my chiropractor, after months of not seeing me, said it was like he was working on a brand new back. On weight loss, when I followed his plan the lbs melted off. Paul was pretty flexible at making adjustments. I waivered a little mid way through the year and gained a little, but found my resolve towards the end and lost what little I had gained. Overall, I enjoyed working with Paul. He's a stickler for form, which was important for me. He mixes up the workouts so they don't become routine and dull. He works you the entire hour, not 50 mins and cuts it short like others.

Paul is an outstanding and knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist who I have recommended to many friends. He's able to create custom fitness and meal plans based on your personal goals and requirements. Before I started working with Paul I injured my neck and would experience a lot of pain after I did weight training. Paul was able to recommend physical therapy exercises to help heal my injury, and then he created a workout plan tailored to my body to help avoid inflaming my injury. It allowed me to meet my goal of building muscle without aggravating my neck injury. He also crafted a nutrition plan that worked for me, based on my dietary preferences and ideology. He worked with me to modify the plan and would check in with me regularly to ensure I was sticking with it. If there was something I didn't like about the plan he would adjust it so I enjoyed it more, ensuring I hit my goals.

I have been working work Paul for awhile now and he had helped me too much on my fitness journey! We adjust my meal plan very frequently to help prevent boredom on my end and to ensure my progress continues. He also has completely customized my workouts to make sure they suit me and what I am trying to achieve. I'm so excited to continue my journey with Paul to achieve my final goal. I cannot thank Paul enough.
