Victoria is exactly the trainer I manifested! She is professional, kind, inspiring and knows so much about how the body works. She is fun and friendly but not annoyingly perky. (Important to me!) She puts together fun and effective workouts but can modify them in a snap if something pulls or strains me. I feel very safe and secure that I wont get injured working out with her but am sore in a good way the next day. I recommend her if you're looking for someone to help you get back into shape or to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Victoria was absolutely amazing! I had engaged with her to solve some major decisions I was trying to work out. I'm typically the kind of person that makes my own decisions and am generally self-motivated. However, I sold a business a few years ago and had been retired. It sounds amazing, but I started getting bored. I had floated a few ideas around and finally got to the point where I knew I wanted to do something, but wasn't sure which options to move forward with. Her process allowed me to honestly evaluate myself and has led to a number of great decisions. I highly recommend working with her.

Rate vary depending on type of package purchased. Packages are tailor made to each client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin coaching sessions, we have a 20 minute complimentary consultation to make sure I understand your goals and to see that we are a good fit for one another. Assuming we are a good fit, we get to work. We start off with creating a master plan to achieve your goals and work backwards to wherever you are. I am by your side the entire time until we get you to the finish line.
