- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My listed pricing is for a single session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a text, email, phone call to discover whether our interests align. In other words, working with anyone this closely involves very personal interactions! It's important, that we make sure you like me, and likewise I like you. From there, I'll send an email questionnaire. It covers your goals, medical history, physical activity, and much more, basically all of the important information necessary to create a program specific to you. This is in the digital form of an email and can be filled out on any internet connected device. From there I'll reach out to you to clarify any potential issues. For my Online Training option, I'll share that program to your Internet connected device so you can exercise anywhere and anytime you like. If this is the In YOUR Home program, I'll touch base with you about the days we will train, and I'll see you then.
