- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Personal Fitness Evaluation and Exercise Testing to evaluate fitness goals and fitness level. I develop an exercise program/workouts personalized to each new client. I do individual, couples, and small group training sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from SDSU with an Exercise Science Degree and minors in Nutrition and Health Science. I have a personal training certification through NETA and CPR certified. I have been personal training for over 3 years and I have done summer strength and conditioning programs for Elkton and Brooking's athletes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes, young adults, clients looking for weight loss and functional fitness, and the elderly. I have developed exercise programs for all ages including performance athletes. I also teach Circuit and HITT group fitness classes at my location.
