- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices usually vary on the type of service requested. For over all event planning I will charge by percentage. For Items such as character rental or inflatable house rental it will be a flat fee for a certain amount of hours. Sweets table usually run between $275-$350. I offer many package deals and will work with you on prices that fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is to have our first initial meeting or conversation. This meeting is very important to me because i get to see exactly where the customers head is at and get a good vibe and idea on there vision for the event. At this time i take lots of notes and do lots of brainstorming, so that i can deliver perfect service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certificate in event planning. Also i have 8 years of party/ event planning experience.
