Introduction: Hi, my name is Erika Charray, I am a Transformational Life & Relationship Coach, Certified Fitness & Wellness Trainer, Writer, Speaker, Mother and Nature Lover. Since 1998, I have coached many people in successfully changing their lives for the better. I help people help themselves and believe in the concept, “Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime.” I love seeing the results in the lives of those I’ve coached! I get to see them experience an improved quality of life in health, relationships, parenting, financial prosperity, presence, confidence, clarity, well-being, peace, longevity and more. I am always humbled and grateful to be an instrument in affecting positive change and growth in others. There is a reason why you are looking over Erika's reviews. Most likely you are questioning belief in yourself because of choices and circumstances from the past. If this is the case you owe it to yourself to contact her to see how she can assist you. I know we are all different people doing our best to navigate in this crazy world. We all experience emotional pains, loss of a loved one... maybe it's a divorce, maybe you are feeling guilty about choices you've made in the past. What about relationships? Are they as good as you would like them? We all have a story and it's up to us to create our own. It's either positive or it's negative. I just want you to know I am so grateful for Erika. As I talk to Erika she listens with an open ear and has a heart of gold. She is full of love and the biggest thing for me is she is not judgmental. She has been a huge guide for me to heal relationships around me. Call her, you will not regret it.

When most people hear the word relationship they think of two separate individuals existing together. I have learned that the most important relationship in life is the one you have with yourself. Erika has had a profound affect on my life. She has taught me how to have a happy relationship with myself. She has helped me know that I am worthy of loving myself and she has taught me how to look at life in a different way than I used to. She has helped me find strength and confidence within myself that I did not know I had. Erika is very informed and in tune with the way the mind and spirit work and exist with each other. She has a gift of being able to explain things in a way that I clearly understand and she instills an inner desire that makes me want to apply my enlightened knowledge. My girlfriend and I were having some relationship challenges because of finances. Most break ups are over money and I nor my girlfriend wanted to end our relationship. Thank goodness I found Erika. Erika helped us reverse engineer our relationship to the beginning. Why we fell in love with each other and why we don't want to give up for financial challenges. If we didn't get help from Erika we would just be adding to another couple breaking up over money. Thank you Sooooooo much Erika. You're the best!! As you can tell, we highly recommend Erika.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees range from $50 to $60 per session depending on which plan you choose. Fees include a weekly scheduled one-on-one coaching session lasting 1 hour, plus email and text support, and impromptu phone calls if needed. There is value in a single coaching session but the greater period of time you commit to, the greater results you will have and the greater the savings. This is an investment in your future, your happiness, and well-being and is something that will benefit you in every aspect of your life.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*We will go over the difference between coaching, consulting, and therapy to ensure whether my coaching is the best fit for you. I will recommend another profession if needed. *We will go over what is required in our coaching interaction and come to an agreement about the coaching process. I will convey what I will and will not provide and give parameters of the coach/client relationship, and what is acceptable. We will discuss responsibilities and come to an agreement. *It is important for me to understand the needs and desires of my client. I will have some questions for you to learn about you, where you're coming from and what you want to achieve. *We will talk about inclusion of others whom you may desire to include and who also wish to be included, if any. *We will decide if working together would be in both of our best interest, if my coaching is a match to what you need and if you feel good about moving forward with me as your coach. *We will go over fees and calendar time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience, having delved deep within my own being in introspection and prayer to ‘Know Thyself’, having the help of powers beyond what is seen, is of profound and indescribable value. I am humbly grateful for the spiritual gifts I am able to use to help myself and others. I have also made great investments of time and money, and energy of heart and mind for coaching and mentoring for myself, studying the masters through books and through attending many classes and events in alignment with this course of expansion, growth and self-mastery.
