- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on the project. Quoted prices typically range from $30-$50. This includes the original design and one review and editing session. Price increases if there are additional pieces required or if there needs to be more changes after the first set has been completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with new customers via phone or email and discuss their individual and unique design ideas. After establishing a general consensus, I create a first draft of the image and send it via email for their approval. At that time, any problems or changes can be addressed and fixed. It is not until the client is completely satisfied with the end result that they pay for the design. If applicable, printing and shipping will be done after payment is received.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby but, over time, I have expanded my knowledge and skill. After years of practice and simple projects, I began to take on professional projects in 2012.
