Introduction: I work to create distinct designs that animate your personal style. I aim to actualize your ideas with artistic images, patterns, colors, textures and typography to create something that is truly yours. I am able to recreate anything you may have already seen, or create something entirely new and personalized for your occasion. My quoted prices are for the design ONLY and you will receive a .pdf file of your design. You DO NOT PAY until after we have created the design together and you are completely satisfied. You are then free to utilize a printing service of your choosing. I am also able to print and ship for an additional cost. I founded HeartThrob in 2012. It began as a hobby but, over the years, I’ve developed my knowledge and skill and worked with people all across the United States. Creating is one of my biggest passions and graphic arts has become one of my favorite creative outlets. Simple, minimalist work is my favorite; modernistic clean lines are my favorite aesthetic. However, I thoroughly enjoy the artistry that comes with the colorful and ornate as well. It allows me to fully exert the creative and artistic parts of my heart and mind. I am always up for a challenge. HeartThrob Studio is a very significant part of my busy life. I also work part-time as a Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor, dabble in makeup artistry, and am a full-time mommy. I am so grateful that I am able to keep all of my many passions alive in my little world.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Jessica. There has never been anything she hasn't been able to make happen for me. I'm always so happy with her work whether I'm being super picky telling her exactly what I want or I'm telling her to take the reigns and come up with something on her own. I've had her do everything from birthday invites and decorations to more important things like wedding invites and pregnancy announcements.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on the project. Quoted prices typically range from $30-$50. This includes the original design and one review and editing session. Price increases if there are additional pieces required or if there needs to be more changes after the first set has been completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with new customers via phone or email and discuss their individual and unique design ideas. After establishing a general consensus, I create a first draft of the image and send it via email for their approval. At that time, any problems or changes can be addressed and fixed. It is not until the client is completely satisfied with the end result that they pay for the design. If applicable, printing and shipping will be done after payment is received.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby but, over time, I have expanded my knowledge and skill. After years of practice and simple projects, I began to take on professional projects in 2012.
