I offer a military and senior citizen discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and evaluate the job together. I’m up front about pricing and what to expect, as well as what could potentially pop up during the job and cause issues. I do not ask for payment until the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Auto mechanics in vocational school, welding degree in community college.
