FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A half hour session is $30 and an hour is $40. I also offer packages and small group discounts! My first session is always free and I give discounts for referrals. You do not have to be a member at Anytime Fitness to participate in training!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first session is always free. I think it is very important to make sure there is a good client/trainer connection in order to have the client succeed. Typically, the first session is a lighter day both to get the client comfortable with me and my style of training and to give me a good idea of our starting point. We begin by going over goals, modifying them so progress can be tracked and the timeline is reasonable, and discussing which methods we want to use to track progress. If a client is uncomfortable sharing their weight, there are a number of other methods I am happy to use, so don’t be discouraged!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently double majoring in exercise physiology and nutrition. I work in an exercise physiology lab and have taken many personal training courses, obtained my ACSM CPT. I am furthering my education in exercise physiology and nutrition every day!
