I have my choice of about 5 gyms that are within walking distance or a quick bike ride from my house. I make the choice to get in my car and drive three miles to workout with Bill. If you know me that statement alone is quite the testimonial. Bill is an excellent trainer. His workouts are unique and vary every time I come in, no two training sessions are the same. I love that Bill pushes me without risking an injury. The Frequency XP Group classes keep me engaged and motivated. I love that the people I am working out with are there to get in a good workout, have some fun and push each other. Bill is very in tune with an individual's physical abilities and can modify a workout so that you get the very best workout possible. Combine all of this with Bill's vast knowledge of nutrition and diet and it is impossible not to see results!

Just want to give you some appreciation! I think one of your most valuable traits as a trainer is your intuitive sense for what I need when I walk in the door. You are able to encourage me finish my workout and give me just enough work to challenge but not overwhelm me. While I'm only able to do it on a weekly basis, I started seeing results after less than a couple months that continue to help me feel better, look better, be more stable on my feet and run faster in my sport. You've made me a believer in the overall importance of a strong core! Thanks so much.

Bill is a fantastic trainer and provides a workout experience that doesn't get old or stale. In addition, the program works! Since I've started training with Bill, I've added 20 yards to my golf swing!

I'm an ongoing project. Bill is excellent to work with. Each session is different and geared towards overall strength and balance while taking into consideration muscles which need a little more attention.

I've enjoyed and benefited from training with Bill. He is attentive as to not only limitations but also goals and results. He works up workouts that are interesting and do not get stale. He is also interested in the combination of exercise and nutrition for health aims. I highly recommend him.
