Introduction: Yoga-Host is DEDICATED to simplifying your yoga lifestyle. Our mission is to bring yoga to those who are unable to make it to practice during their weekly schedules. -The first way that Yoga-Host accomplishes this is through Corporate Wellness programs which brings yoga straight to you in the office. -A second way to grab that yoga fix is by hosting your own party with our in house yoga Instructor. We call them Happy Hours for a reason. -Finally, Yoga-Host offers Private Sessions dedicated to helping you become the best at your practice in a comfortable setting of your choice. I have been practicing Yoga for over 16 years and am certified to teach Yoga through The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health 200 hour (RYT 200) as of March 2013, currently enrolled in 500 YTT, and am registered through Yoga Alliance. It has been my experience that creating harmony between the mind, body, and breath can lead to a life that allows for reduced stress, increased balance, focus, and strength. Very attentive and helpful, always shows up to private lessons with all the materials, and also incorporates a head, hand, and foot massage for a couple minutes at the end of each session. Would recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically varies from $125-$55 depending on travel time and on the custom plan we develop together. I strongly encourage a 4 session minimum to begin with to experience and notice the amazing benefits from a healthy and holistic way of life.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the client's goals and developing a comprehensive plan to help achieve them is the first step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University in Communications and have been certified (RYT 200) through The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health since 2013 and currently working towards (RYT 500). Certified in Thai massage.
