Our Chef graduated top 10 in his class from Culinary Institute of America in 1991, and has had a passion for the arts since high school. James just recently catered my daughter's first birthday party. We just told him types of food we liked and he created an amazing menu with a lot of variety at a reasonable price. He worked well within our small budget. The food was also beautifully displayed and worked prefectly with the theme of our party. At the end he left the place spotless! We got so many compliments from our friends and family. We have used him for several other parties - a bridal shower for my sister, and for our "brunch" for the bride and groom the morning after our wedding. People are still talking about his french toast and biscuits and gravy three years later. We highly recommend him!

Jim came over before the event to discuss what we were looking for, what we would need, and how we should set up. He was super helpful, out going, and went above and beyond with what we wanted and needed. He also cleaned up afterwards and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. Can't wait to use him again!
