- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We plan a complimentary "meet & greet" interview where you get the opportunity to meet with me personally and I get a chance to get to know everything about your pet and your home. It generally takes about an hour or hour and a half. All your questions are answered. I give you my references, some coupons and my background check. You and I then go through numerous questions about your pet and / or your home so I leave feeling confident that I have all the information I need. If your dog is to board with me in my cage-free home environment then I offer a mandatory, complimentary doggie daycare where your dog(s) comes to my home to get to know where they will be staying and I get to know them some more. This is usually for about three hours and I provide the transportation to my home and you can pick them up so as to see where they will be staying. I like to bring them to my home myself because they then begin to see me as the "alpha" of the pack and aren't so concerned with protecting you. They begin to build trust in me as their extended family... their Auntie Cathy!
