Introduction: I am a tenacious Private Investigator and Security professional holding Private Investigator, Qualified Manager, Security Guard, and Real Estate licenses in California. In Arizona, I hold a Private Investigator license and a Concealed Weapons permit. I am currently in the process of obtaining a Fugitive Apprehension / Bounty Hunter / Bail Enforcement Agent license from the Arizona Department of Insurance. My background includes more than 20 years of training and hands-on experience conducting and managing private investigations for attorneys, businesses and individuals. Investigative experience encompasses attorney legal research and litigation investigations, corporate intelligence, ground / vehicle surveillance, electronic surveillance, evidence gathering, insurance fraud and white collar crime. Expert in Open Source Intelligence Techniques (OSINT) and Social Media Research and Investigations. As a case manager I solve complex strategic problems by analyzing options, prioritizing activities and executing actions that save time, reduce exposure risk, and maximizes case solvability / results. When managing a project team, I develop and outline the strategic plan, delegate responsibilities, set deadlines, create administrative standards for each case, and promote personal accountability.
