Discounts applied with sessions packages. Ie: 10, 20 sessions paid upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment of clients goals and current fitness level incorporating range of motion as well as strength. This helps to highlight areas of weakness providing a more tailored approach to the clients requirements, whilst reducing injury risk.
