*Responsible for guiding the whole process through escrow (Opening, Verification of Funds, Providing payoff estimate, Scheduling signing, closing sale within time agreed upon, communicating with lender, communicating with escrow officer) *Responsible for putting property on all websites (B.A.R.E.I.S. MLS , REMAX.com , Realtor.com , Great Homes.org , homeseekers.com ,) *Responsible for coordinating appointment times and access for Buyer's to do Inspections. *Responsible for guiding clients through the completion and understanding of multiple disclosure documents as required by law. *Responsible for meeting Appraiser at property with a CMA packet to justify our price agreed. *Responsible for promoting property through all of our 32 offices (From Fresno to Yuba City)(870+ Broker/Agents)- with e-Flyers. *Responsible for promoting property at the Solano Association of Realtors in Person. When someone is thinking about selling there home the first thing they want is the value range. I like to provide a broker price opinion for anyone who is considering selling and a marketing plan this is free of charge of coarse.
