Introduction: My service is different because I like to get know my clients on a personal level also my first session is free because I always like for my clients to know what they are getting before they just pay for sessions almost like a test drive. Also 80% of the time I will workout with my client rather then just instruct so they won't feel alone. I love making people feel good about themselves inside and out gaining the results they have been looking for being there for them mentally to push them to the max so they can achieve there goals. After every work all of my clients leave with a smile because I make it fun but most importantly they are getting the results they want.

Great trainer with great workouts. Offers a variety of training drills. Does specific training on areas to improve your individual sport no matter your age. Targets your weaknesses and works on those issues. Cares tremendously about each individual student to provide maximum abilities and health. Highly recommend CJ

I've always hated going to the gym so being able to meet up with him a few times a week was great. I just had to tell him what I wanted to work on and improve on and he helped me get there at a good and steady pace. Showing me meal plans to keep me on track is a plus too. Glad I don't need to go to the gym now.
