From the beginning we were happy with Absolute. The team was right on time and left our yard as clean as I expected. Had 6 trees removed and 4 more trimmed and groomed . Will definitely use Absolute again.

Two trees were removed, 4 were trimmed. That was all done very well. Large 4 foot sections were left behind and I had to spray pruning seal on a number of places where limbs were trimmed.

Im not sure why you didnt call me with this matter sir I deeply apologize for the confusion. I did spray the rotten spot on the maple which I stated I would do, as far as the other trees that was not a part of the work order but I would gladly of done it if you asked. As far as the wood goes i asked one of my guys about the small stack of wood whom no longer works for me and he stated that you wanted to keep it. Again I apoligize for the confusion and we will gladly stop by to remove the wood upon your request. Thank you otherwise and feel free to call me anytime to resolve this matter.

I’ve wanted this 40ft+ tree gone for the last year. Brent absolutely killed this job. He was flexible with the timing. And honestly, I couldn’t be happier. It’s like there was never a tree there. 12/10 would recommend.

There is no standard pricing i typically try to meet the clients budget even if i have to come down on price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally i would need to look at any job to be able to price it so i usually set up a day and time thats convenient for the client to meet them in person at there property for a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years expierience and have been trained by several arborists and I am currently considering becoming one myself.
