Working with Se Fuerte was one of THE BEST decisions I have ever made. For the past 10 years or so I have been very health conscious and physically active. However, I wanted to take my fitness to the next level and transform my physique. Ro made what I thought was always impossible a reality. My family and friends noticed dramatic results in just 2-3 months and within 5 months I had reached my goal and was well on my way to maintenance. Ro, tailors her training and support to the clients needs. She is extremely SUPPORTIVE and encouraging. She knows how to push you to go harder and faster without making you feel insecure, shamed or guilty. She works with the clients agenda and is not about self-promotion or money. If my life circumstances allowed I would work with Se Fuerte forever. She's great at what she does. Hire her...you won't be disappointed.

Since I have began her programs I have seen continuous improvement. It customized to the person and not a one program fits all deal. She is currently working with someone else that I know and we talk about how different our programs are. She keeps in direct contact and if you do not contact her she will definitely reach out to you to ask about your progress.

She has a great personality, amazing quality of work and overall an amazing and genuine human being. Working with Ro has been fun and very rewarding. I achieve a physique that I didn't think was possible for me to achieve. It was s tough journey but she stuck with me every step of the way. She isn't just a trainer to me, but a friend/family. Her work ethics are great and she encourages, motivated and cares for her clients. I'm now training for my second competition and I don't think I'll choose any other trainer in the future.
