Ryan lynch was suppose to pick up my external harddrive wed at 6pm nobody showed up no text no email, i agree to pay 99 bucks for the service n no call no show. Fantastic repair service. Not only did he retrieve the data (that two 'big-name' computer repair places had told us would be impossible- HAH), but he also was extremely quick about it and for a lower price than we expected. My laptop wouldn't start back up after updating and after trying several online fixes to no avail, I decided a pro was needed. I scheduled an appointment and Ryan showed up on time, answered all my questions, and tried everything he could to repair the computer at my home. However, my hard drive was failing and needed repair. He took the laptop with him and repaired it quickly. I got my laptop back the very same day. The service was prompt, through, and my computer is now working great. Although he just started in home service with residents this year,don't let that deter you as he explained to me that he has worked with businesses for about 15 years or so.
