FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compared to the Box gyms in the area, session pricing is well below the average per session. Military, First responder, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighter, Nurses, and Teachers will have discounted per session pricing on bulk session purchases (20 or more)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client I first like to sit down with them, or have a phone call to discuss their health history, previous training experience, current nutrition, and goals. From there, we discuss the best route to take moving forward. -How many times per week they are free to train -How much time they have to train -Are they accountable to themselves for at home workouts These are some of the questions I ask on the interview process. Next, is the first session/consultation. Here we go over some movement and strength assessments (according to the clients goals) and see where they are at. Finally, we discuss which package option is right for them and get them signed up and ready for the next workout.
