FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a private trainer, pricing is based somewhat on distance I travel to get to you. I focus mainly on my area which is Wellington / Royal Palm Beach where my fees are $60 / person for a 50 minute session. I also travel Palm Beach Island, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach, and take into consideration travel time before quoting a fee. I can do small groups in home up to 4 people for an additional $20 / per additional person. I also have semi-private classes: Fundamentals of Core Conditioning and HIIT training (high intensity interval training). Both will be tailored to all fitness levels and affordable for all income levels. I also have an outdoor revolutionary fitness class in the planning stages to begin in January! You don't want to miss this!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an in depth initial assessment that reviews your health history (including injuries and / or surgeries), diet, and lifestyle (including work responsibilities and sleep habits). I also take note of biometrics such as your start weight, body fat percent, water weight, blood pressure and resting heart rate. We discuss your short term and long term goals, your likes and dislikes, any known challenges outside the daily routine and evaluate your readiness for change. I don't just see this as exercise. This is a commitment you are making to be healthy if you want it to be long lasting, so I want to empower you to overcome any area of your life that may get in the way of you achieving your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Personal Trainer certified through NESTA, and hold specialist certifications in biomechanics (movement of your body), functional training (training that translates to your everyday movement), SAQ (speed, agility and quickness), core conditioning (all movement begins in your core!), metabolic training (burning more fat faster and keeping your metabolism high throughout the day), corrective exercise (reducing pain by correcting compensatory movement through exercise) and a couple group certifications as well. I am a lifelong learner by nature and will always be seeking more knowledge to improve myself and others!
