Sean is an AMAZING trainer! I first met Sean in 2016 and at that time was not in great shape. Over the last 2+ years working with him he has completely transformed my fitness life. His combined knowledge of weight training and nutrition make for great results IF you're willing to put in the work! He has taken the guesswork out of fitness by providing an easy to follow road map to very noticeable results. The nutrition plan was in depth, personalized and actually full of things I was willing to eat! And the training well that's just something you'll have to experience for yourself! After my first leg day with Sean I found myself struggling to get out of my car the next day.. Sean is a very personal, professional and fun guy to work with! I recommend him to anybody that I know that is looking for fitness training and nutrition advice!

I enlisted Sean Kaufman to help me reach my top athletic goal, and I think training with Sean has really paid off. My goal is to climb one of the +/- 20,000 foot peaks in Mexico or Peru, which will take both strength and endurance. Sean is very knowledgeable on the mechanics of strength training, not to mention diet and other fitness factors. But I think the two additional things that make Sean a remarkable trainer are first, his close monitoring of my performance while training, and incorporating what he sees to adjust my training in real time, and second, Sean’s energetic optimism.
