- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different prices I offer based on what you are looking for in your individual goal. I offer a 90 min Strength Class 3 days a week, which is a set price of $115 a week. I offer One on One Personal training, I charge per session which is $100 per session, and give a discount if a client comes 3 days a week. 3 days a week comes out to $75 per session. Both Programs I offer come with Accountability, Personalized programming in a group setting or individual setting, Nutritional guidance, and a Structured plan to be provided you with real results
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-time clients, I like to have a one on one consultation and a free fitness assessment to understand the client's goal and to see if there is any injury limitation to those goals they would like to achieve
