FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honestly, there are a variety of options for various budgets and goals. We have one on one and group personal training, and a variety of pricing for different trainers. We often customize programs to fit the needs of our clients. The focus is always RESULTS!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I work with anyone, or even before one of my trainers works with anyone, we would go through a NutriFit Analysis. This is where we will go over goals, health history, exercise history and fitness level. We generally take a body composition test, reaffirm those goals, and then we go over diet and the exercise program that would best suit your needs and goals. From there we discuss the time it would take you to reach your goal based on commitment level and then look at schedule and budget to determine the best options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in fitness and as a trainer full time for 22 years. I was a pre-med student as well as an EMT previously. I was the top trainer for Bally Total Fitness and was the 1997 National Trainer of the Year. I've had ACE Certifications, an ISSA Certification and currently have two 60 hour course certifications from Fitness Institute International, one as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I also have a nutrition certification and just passed my Level-I CrossFit exam. I have coached several youth sports including wrestling, lacrosse, baseball and football. I've owned two gyms and also had a company of 75 trainers, staffing nine health clubs. I know the industry and business at every level.
