FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing without any compromise in the quality of our inspections. We will also beat any valid competitors prices for the same service. We also offer discounts for active military, fire and police personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The inspection process will be explained and any questions or issues are addressed prior to the inspection. When a client is ready to schedule an inspection, we take their name, phone number, email address and the property address so the inspection can be scheduled. Once an inspection is scheduled, the client will receive an email which confirms the inspection day, time and type. There will also be a link to sign the inspection agreement and a link for payment. On the day of the inspection, we encourage the client to be present so that they can see the inspection and so we can communicate any findings to the client. The finished report will be available the same day and will be emailed to the client to the email address which was provided.
