Jamie is amazing coach and person I cant say enough good things about her. I had a little bit of a rough experience with a former coach or mine prior to switching and starting with her and the differences all around were unbelivable. The biggest thing for me was the fact that she’s been through the processes herself, being able to relate and for her to understand all the things I was going through was very comforting. Motivating, professional, communicative, successful and friendly are just a few words that come to mind to describe her. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Im typically flexible with my clients as far as pricing! Its important that clients don't free stressed out about the financials of trying to attain fitness goals. I offer single sessions, group sessions and different nutritional packages for my online clients and in person clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my client! If its online i send them an assessment and sometimes we will face time! If its in person training i set up a meet we go over the assessment and their goals together and what obstacles could arise during their training or nutrition guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently NESTA lifestyle weight management specialist and personal trainer. I have worked in fitness facilities most of my career and as well as a body building NPC bikini competitor.
