- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't change a fee...so you are actually getting a travel consultant at no cost! I still find you the best rates and value...often better then what you'd find on your own on the net. Plus you get expert advice and the backing of an agency should something not work out with your booking. It's a win-win for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start is to contact me via email or phone. I'll ask about your trip ideas and send you ideas and quotes until you are satisfied and excited about taking the trip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in education...teaching, counseling and advising. I switched careers a few years ago to focus on travel planning. It involves research, educating and being detailed oriented, so my background is very helpful. I attend trade shows, conferences, and continue training to stay up to date on the latest travel trends and offers.
