FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from $35-$70/session depending on whether you want to work in groups or individually and based on how many times per week we decide you should come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION All of my fitness programs start with a fitness assessment. By spending this time to get to know you, your goals and your current fitness level, I can better place you in the right program. This also allows you to better understand my approach to a healthy lifestyle and to get acquainted with the studio to help you feel comfortable. STEP 2: PROGRAM PLACEMENT Based on your current level of fitness and desired goals, I will place you in the right program for you. I offer individual personal training, small group training (2-4 people) and circuit training (2-8 people).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
