Carianne provides me with weekly in-home workouts. With small kids at home, my distractions are endless, but she is faithful in providing a constant source of motivation & new/challenging workouts using the minimal equipment I own. Without her, I'm positive that my workouts would suffer. She's a gem, highly recommend!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each plan is so individualized, prices do vary. On average 60 minute personal training OR nutrition sessions are $80, half hour sessions $50. Packages and group discounts are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a complimentary consultation. We will take about 30 minutes to discuss your goals and current lifestyle. From that meeting I will put together your specific plan and we will set up our next appointment.
