- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a back and forth process something that you really have to use a great customer services expertise in order to understand what a customer is looking for. One main thing is to understand the interests of a customer such as when are they planning to go on safari or what other activities they would like to do other than seeing animals. It's also important to understand the budget of the customer before customizing and planning their trips. So it's very crucial to ask a customer enough questions which will help me to plan a great safari vacation. One other thing is being a good listener. I have to let a customer ask any question or concern before engaging on their safari plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in business administration and management. I have also been trained and have high experience in retail business management and customer service. I have attended several management seminars and held various positions managing small to large groups of associates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being born and grew up in Tanzania, East Africa where there's a great deal of wildlife, made me fall in love with such situation. Tanzania is one of the few countries in Africa with so many wildlife attraction places from the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire National park and many more.
