I've recently started training with Ross and he has been great! He takes the time to get to know you and your goals. I havet not been consistent with my personal fitness in the last few years and Ross was understanding and slowly is working with me to where I want to be. He's knowledgeable and explains everything well. He's also very punctual, straight to the point and does not waste time. I highly recommend Ross, you will not be disappointed!
