Introduction: I design customized programs, including cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercises tailored to the needs and attainable goals of specific clients. I deliver safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts which are varied and progressive and geared toward improving clients' health and wellness. I observe my clients' performance to ensure that they are making their moves correctly. I may also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they're relevant to the fitness plan. In 24 Hour Fitness Club, we offer free health and fitness consultation to our members when we can identify your health age and health risks and identify your muscle imbalances during screening and some physical assessments, and we can offer corrective exercises if needed.

Going to gym was becoming a struggle for me as I had grown tired of my usual workout routines. Elena has gone above and beyond putting together fun and challenging workouts that play to my strengths: balance, hand/eye coordination and flexibility. She does an excellent job of bringing back routines I really enjoyed as well as teaching me how to use a wide variety of gym equipment I wouldn't have thought to use. The different combos of circuit training, weight training and TRX has transferred over to my other love, rock climbing. I have the strength now to do harder routes consistently. However, what I am most impressed with is how well she listens. She'll adjust workouts based on my needs and always encourages me to go for it, but not to the point where I'd hurt myself. I love training with her and always look forward to our next workout.

I was referred to Elena through a friend of mine who experienced an incredible transformation as a result of following Elena's workout regimen. I personally had hit a plateau with my results and needed something/someone to kick my progress back into into gear. Unlike my friend, I was already working out 3-4 days per week but it wasn't showing. Then I met Elena. We initially had a brief Q&A consultation that included my diet, workout history, status, current regimen and goals. She then created a plan for me to reach my goals within my desired time frame. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't met Elena. I would probably still be struggling with my own workout regimen. She created a detailed and well thought out plan to work different muscle groups together that culminate into a complete workout. It was great! She is a true professional and I'm very thankful to have trained with her. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Elena to get in shape after my divorce. It was such a great investment! I loved working with Elena, the best trainer ever! She not only helped me lose weight and cheer up , but also specifically focused on helping me with my back problems. Every workout was different, so Elena made sure that I was getting the most out of our sessions. Highly recommended the best trainer ever.
