I deliver safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts which are varied and progressive and geared toward improving clients' health and wellness.
I observe my clients' performance to ensure that they are making their moves correctly. I may also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they're relevant to the fitness plan.
In 24 Hour Fitness Club, we offer free health and fitness consultation to our members when we can identify your health age and health risks and identify your muscle imbalances during screening and some physical assessments, and we can offer corrective exercises if needed.
