FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never go over a month in billing. If you are committed you will come and pay as you go. If you are not then you can move on without financial peril. We offer discounts for police and military. Couples also can receive a reduced rate if they train together. There are mobility only pricing and full strength and mobility plans available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free evaluation to see where they are physically. We then discuss goals or plans they might have. We have to be able to partner together to move forward. I then discuss what I believe to be a reasonable course of action. Finally, if we all feel we can work together we schedule our sessions and discuss supporting home work to implement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always improving my certifications to the next level and if I find new training that gives me more of an understanding of movement I take it. The focus of my training has been in movement and strength. My pursuit of mobility training is a constant. I added a 200 hour Yoga teacher training to my certifications just for a greater understanding of how the body moves. Tai Chi and various patterned movement are presently being trained. I maintain my barbell, kettle bell, mace, clubbell and body weight movement through Strong First and Onnit training. I am also heavily involved in endurance training and love to prepare people for races and long distance events.
