- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small, one night events have an hourly rate in addition to the cost of goods...if its a bigger event, then clients will be billed accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I submit a proposal or "an idea" of how things can go. Then I ask what is it that they're looking for....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the next few months I will be receiving my Bachelors degree in Food & Beverage Management as well as completing obligations to receive my ACF certifications.
