Ramie is a fantastic chef that makes incredibly flavorful food that fits your individual needs. Even my two and one year old children enjoy his meals. He is reliable, flexible and easy to work with. I highly recommend Chef's Table Catering as a private chef or for a special event.

Ramie catered a graduation dinner party for 20 adults at our home. He did an oustanding job planning, preparing, and serving one of the most delectable meals I have had! We plan on calling upon his expertise again soon! He's a delight to work with and makes hosting parties very easy and organized.

Chef Ramie has made our lives so much better! My husband and I have very demanding careers, and we struggled with trying to cook healthy meals for our toddler and ourselves. We hired Chef Ramie, and he prepares four meals a week for us and delivers them to our home. The food is delicious! There is always enough food for me to take for lunch too. Chef Ramie is very personable and professional. He takes great care to prepare unique menus for us each week that take into account our preferences and food sensitivities. We are so blessed to have found Chef Ramie! My husband and I feel very fortunate that Chef Ramie has given us more time to spend with our son! I highly recommend Chef Ramie!

Hired Chef Ramie for an intimate party and he was AMAZING!!! Everything from the food to the service was far beyond my expectations. Chef Ramie made my wife's birthday surprise an event to remember. The food was fresh, flavorful, and masterfully prepared in our own kitchen. He worked with me on the perfect menu and was professional in every aspect. I would highly recommend chef Ramie and would certainly look to him for my future events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small, one night events have an hourly rate in addition to the cost of goods...if its a bigger event, then clients will be billed accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I submit a proposal or "an idea" of how things can go. Then I ask what is it that they're looking for....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the next few months I will be receiving my Bachelors degree in Food & Beverage Management as well as completing obligations to receive my ACF certifications.
