Introduction: My work is evidence-based personal training meaning that I will use my expertise and start with a game plan. Every month we will update your personal metrics (weight, body fat %, etc) and figure out a way to address issues that have not adapted properly to the training. Not every strategy will work for every client and I want to find the best for each person and intervene quickly with a plan-B. What I enjoy most about my job is being personally engaged and having a meaningful relationship with every client I work with. Sometimes I have an opportunity to work with a client multiple times a week and sometimes just once. Both of these types of clients I learn from and educate them on how to live better, that is my favorite part of my job.

Greg has been an awesome personal trainer! I am extremely lazy and really needed someone to not only motivate me, but to also challenge me. From the very beginning, Greg has been very attentive to my personal fitness goals and really cares about me achieving those. He has also given me great guidance on having a balanced diet, which I also struggle with. During our workouts, he always makes sure I am using proper form to insure that I do not injure myself. I also feel that his rates are extremely competitive with other trainers on this site and definitely affordable. No matter what your fitness goals might be, I would definitely recommend Greg as your pick for a personal trainer!

I have been taking personal training sessions with Greg for the past month and I should say he is incredible. He brings in a lot of energy with him which motivates us to push ourselves to the limits. At the same time, he constantly observes us so that we don't injure ourselves by maintaining a wrong posture or overdoing stuff. He also keeps constantly changing workouts so that it doesn't feel monotonous. I find the training highly effective and could definitely feel the difference. I would very much recommend Greg to anyone!

Great is an outstanding fitness trainer. He is very knowledgable and adapts at designing a program for all levels. I thought I was in pretty good shape. Gret to me to the next level. I also learn about proper technique. I couldn't be happier with the gains I am getting after working with Greg. I highly recommend for fitness and nutrition training.

It's my second week and it's going great, he's very professional, understand my body and what i need easy to communicate with and was very flexible for scheduling the time, the price is very reasonable and he's very nice, experienced and knowledgeable, been wanting to lose weight for a long time and i'm finally got the right instructor and motivation to do it

I've been working out with Greg for two years now and I'd recommend him to everyone. He provides customized full body workout coaching, and when you reach the appropriate level he can really push you. He also clearly is well versed and trained in the proper technique. An A+ of a trainer.
