- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in customizing a package that works for you. We find that a month to month package based upon a set number of times per week and duration of the sessions works best. You are not locked into a long term contract and you have the flexibility of making changes to your package every 30 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a Fitness Diagnostic Evaluation for a new client so we can assess their current fitness level and ascertain in depth what they wish to accomplish by working with us. The evaluation takes up to an hour and consists of a 1/2 hour basic workout followed by conversation regarding your interest and our suggestions for getting you to your goal. This includes number of sessions per week, duration and a nutrition plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by by American Sports and Fitness Association in: Personal Training, Functional Fitness, Kettle Bell, Martial Arts Fitness Instruction, Sports Specific Training. I have a purple belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu and was ranked top 10 in the State of California in light heavy weight Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). A full Bio can be viewed on our website.
