Prices Range between $40-$60 per hour. Prices Range between $25-$30 Per Half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start each client by assessing physical limitations and setting specific goals. Making sure the level of fitness is set to accommodate the goals and condition of the client. Next step is to explain the process in detail what is expected to attain results. Most importantly go over a designed nutrition program for the goals set.
