Introduction: I have 7 years experience educating and guiding clients to positively alter their lifestyle. My main objective is to teach healthy lifestyle habits which include; balancing calories, balancing macros and safely and effectively preforming exercise to assist in improving strength, muscle tone, core stability, functional movement, weight loss and weight maintance. I strive to give a quality customer experience, in a comfortable and fun environment. I continually help to set goals and challenges that keep my clients on track. I love fitness because it is a great way to help people feel better! Exercise is a great stress reliever, and when you feel better about yourself you are more able to creative a life that brings you true happiness!

The first time I met Cindy I knew it was going to be a life changing experience. She shared her fitness journey and her belief that fitness can and should be fun. The class that followed was a blast and I was hooked. I have seen her working with the most humble beginner, college athlete, young, old, healthy, not so healthy due to injury or chronic disease and she is always the same-AMAZING! One on one or in group settings, she creates workouts that challenge, not overwhelm. She strives to not only improve what a person expects when going to a trainer like strength or endurance, but also balance, posture, muscle imbalance, and coordination. Professionally and personally Cindy is innovative, upbeat, encouraging, and all around WONDERFUL!!! Her workouts have changed my body and improved my quality of life. This former couch potato never knew working your @&$ off could be this much FUN!

There are many things about Cindy that make her a great fitness “coach” but one that stands out is her formal training and education. She has a very good understanding of human anatomy and is conscientious that all forms of exercise be executed properly for maximum effectiveness without risk of injury. She is constantly researching new techniques and tools to keep her clients motivated and engaged. She is mindful of any past or existing injury and will often offer alternative techniques based on client ability. She is never condescending or judgmental and is always encouraging! She is skilled at instruction of small to large groups or one-on-one training. She is personable and can connect with all age ranges and/or physical abilities. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to start or improve their fitness routine!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Intake and assessment helps to personalize your needs, and design an appropriate fitness program, and will give you the best results. The training is based on strength and conditioning with core focus, muscle balance and toning. Flexibility and cardio conditioning will also be part of your fitness program. Nutrition education will include meal prep strategies, tips and tricks to keep you on track with a balance nutritional program

    Graduate of Heritage college 2010 Personal training, ACE certified personal trainer, and a ACE Certified Functional Movement Specialist
