- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake and assessment helps to personalize your needs, and design an appropriate fitness program, and will give you the best results. The training is based on strength and conditioning with core focus, muscle balance and toning. Flexibility and cardio conditioning will also be part of your fitness program. Nutrition education will include meal prep strategies, tips and tricks to keep you on track with a balance nutritional program
