- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST OF ALL I LIKE TO NORMALIZE THE EXPERIENCE, ANSWERE ALL QUESTIONS. STILL, LETTING THE CLIENTS KNOW HOW SAFE THE WHOLE PROCESS IS, AND THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL.
