I could not be happier with Paws 4 Us. Arianna provided pet sitting for my 3 cats over 3 days, taking care of their somewhat involved needs with ease, including feeding them wet food using a timed pet feeder and giving my kitty who has cancer his meds. She watered the kitty's grass plant. She even cleaned up their messes (apparently someone got sick, and another went outside the box). On return, the litter box area was spotless. Arianna was also the most thorough and detailed pet sitter I've ever had, sending me messages on her arrival to the apartment and check ins with pictures during her visit. Now that I've found Paws 4 Us, I will finally be able to leave for the occasional trip knowing that my kitties are in excellent hands. I truly can't recommend Arianna enough, and I'm sure the kitties look forward to their next visit from her.

I was out of town and had Arianna take care of my four cats. She was very punctual and very attentive. I got daily checkins every time she came to the apartment and pictures of the cats, which made me feel much more comfortable about leaving them. When I came back the cats were comfortable and well taken care of. There was none of the usual desperation and pleas for attention that I had previously experienced when leaving them with other cat sitters. Thank you Arianna for taking such good care of my babies.

I was out of town on business and Arianna was the caretaker for my birds and dogs. She reviewed the needs of my pets and met with them . I have 3 pitbull mixes and an exotic macaw plus an elderly cockatiel. She was very comfortable relating to our managerie. The macaw requires a variable diet and attention. She was quick to establish a bond and connection with Patrick. I gave her the key to my home and detailed instructions concerning the security system and my expectations . I could see that she adores animals and our dog family was quickly at ease with her as well. Although I was away for a week she kept the lines of communications open and provided photos and comments via text. I was very pleased with her performance and would highly recommend her for your fur and feathered family.

I’m very lucky to have found Arianna at paws. She not only is reliable but she is a very sweet girl and my dogs love her. She even gets my picky eater to clean his bowl. She will come by more than once a day to make sure they get out and exercise, even stayed over so they didn’t sleep alone. She keeps me posted with pictures and lets me feel good knowing their in good hands.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer four kinds of services: Quick Check-Ins (roughly an hour - $20) Standard Check-ins (3-5 hours - $30) Day Sitting (Morning to evening hours - $45) Overnight sitting (Evening to morning hours - $60) *All services include walk(s) (dogs only), feeding, & quality playtime.* Note: There is a $5 fee for each extra pet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the best way to getting to know a new customer is by meeting them with their pets. I offer a no-cost meetup, so that I can develop a trusting relationship as early as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking Computer Science at my college (not related), but I feel the best training and education I've gotten was from my mother, Michelle. She taught me how to truly care for animals of all sizes, and now I will always be an animal lover.
