I was helped to manage anxiety tied to having to take a very important test. Mrs. Rodriguez was great, helped me stay calm and collected and focus on my test. Only bad thing was that I didn't have more time, I was very relaxed but my time was limited. I greatly recommend hypnotherapy to help deal with a variety of issues. The mind is a powerful thing.
