    Vibrant Moments will blow you away
    Vibrant Moments is absolutely divine! As I began my quest to find a planner, I wanted to find a person who could execute my vision with ease, passion, and undeniable professionalism. Above all, I wanted chemistry ! My desire was to find a person of robust experience and a distinct ability to be in my head , and my heart, when it came down to decision making .Shay Gordon and her team over delivered! They are nothing short of MAGICAL!!! The women of Vibrant Moments will blow you away, period .My experience turned out to be quite unique.I didn't get married.Weeks before the wedding, my fiancé and I called it off.I bet you were not expecting that? Shay and her team came through like a storm and helped me handle contracts, payments and everything else that comes with a wedding that doesn't happen .She helped me mend unfinished business with vendors and played a critical role in helping me mend a broken heart.Its easy to review a company where everything goes to plan. What happens in moments of controversy ? That's when true professionals show up and make life easy !     Had 3-4 consultations. Contact person for all vendors. At the wedding rehearsal, they provided great suggestions as to how the bridal party should enter. I didn't have my slideshow presentation though. All centerpieces, gifts and cake were delivered to our onsite hotel room.

    The Vibrant Moments team did an amazing job!! At first I was hesitant (read: being cheap) about the idea of hiring a planner/coordinator, but I can honestly say that deciding to hire them was the best decision I made (next only to marrying my husband-he could be reading this:)! They were extremely professional, on task, polite and more importantly they helped to make my day (and the planning) stress-free. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that will listen. Great work ladies!

    Vibrant Moment delivered in every single area and detail for my 30th Birthday party. Everything was PERFECT. The decor was phenomenal and the party flowed seamlessly. I would highly recommend Vibrant Moments to anyone who is looking for a party planner.

    I really don't know where to start! The staff of Vibrant Moments is awesome! I appreciate their attention to all the small details that made my husbands event such a success. They helped me capture the true essence of his personality and character! I'm also overjoyed that they helped me stay within my budget and ultimately helped me to come in under budget for this event without loosing an ounce of elegance! I look forward to working with them again soon!

    My husband and I did not realize how stressful planning our wedding would be. I know I literally felt like I was going to pull out my hair (and my fiancé's!!). Fortunately, a close friend suggested I hire a wedding coordinator to assist with the big day. Vibrant Moments saved our sanity! Shay and Janean were proactive, professional, organized, thoughtful, flexible and problem solvers. They reminded us about tasks we never even thought of. They also were informal marriage counselors during those planning conference calls when my fiancé and I had to make decisions LOL! But seriously, they helped us talk through some tough decisions related to the wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, they checked in with the bridal party and all the vendors to ensure our big day was perfect. And when the wedding day finally came, they were on the scene taking care of every detail, big and small. I mean, they showed up with this supply basket that had so much stuff in it it had to be like a magician's hat. One of my bridesmaid's needed a phone charger - they had that. One of my othe bridesmaid's broke her earring - they broke out the glue gun. They had tissues, name it. And most important, they were fun, had positive attitudes and truly made us feel like the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help make our big day special.

    Vibrant Moments is the absolute best!! I had the pleasure of their services for my husband's surprise 50th birthday party this past weekend. The room was beautifully decorated. Every detail was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. My coordinator Mrs. Shaniqua Gordon was in full control of the event. She made sure I did not have to worry about a thing. There were no problems at all. From the moment we surprised my husband until the time we left the party we had an absolute ball! The guest were profoundly impressed. My husband is still talking about his surprise party, and how well it was coordinated. He informed me that this was the best party he has ever had! I will most definitely be calling on Vibrant Moments again in the near future. I will tell everyone that Vibrant Moments is what they need for a successful event, bravo! Latricia Bradford

    Vibrant moments helped me put together an AMAZING bridal shower! Throughly out the entire process their professionalism was too notch. They were extremely helpful in finding a venue, decor and keeping within the budget. They were always in contact w/me and made sure we were all on the same page about every detail of the shower. I really appreciate their help & couldn't have done it with out them!

    The ladies of A Vibrant Moment were absolutely amazing. The wedding invitations they created were exactly what I wanted, and received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. They kept me on track with all of my wedding preperations, were always available to answer any questions I had and ready to offer suggestions. On my wedding day everything went smoothly, and if there were any issues; I didn't know about them because these ladies are that good! My guests and even people in my wedding party were impressed with the level of professionalism the ladies of A Vibrant Moment provided. I can truly say hiring them was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I love taking the online classes and visiting as many wedding expos as I can to keep up with the trends and the competition.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding Planning, Budget Consulting, Finding Deals, DIY projects, invitations, Birthday Parties, baby showers, and bridal showers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to follow your gut. You want to click with the personality of your planner and if at some point you feel they are not helping you in the planning process you may want to research if you can cancel or check with other brides or planners to confirm you are getting the most bang for your buck.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would love for brides to understand that even if they plan it all, on the day of the wedding they have to be the bride and they need someone to make sure that all ten plus vendors and 20 plus people in the bridal party are doing what they should be doing and are where they should be at certain times. Every wedding needs a planner of some sort. In my experience if they opt to not have a planner they end up using a family member or bridesmaid to fill the void and things end up way more stressful and complicated when you rely on a loved one instead of an employee/professional.
