He knows his stuff, but more importantly, he actually cares about his lifters and wants to see us succeed. He pushes me when I need to be pushed, but he also knows when I need to back off or make an adjustment. I’ve gotten so much stronger since working with him, and a lot of that is because he’s helped me believe in what I’m capable of. He’s always willing to answer my million questions 😂 and never makes me feel stupid for asking them. I’ve had coaches before, but this is the first time I really feel like I have someone who understands how I lift, what my goals are, and how to get me there.
