Brian came out twice within the last week for us. We recently moved into a new (to us) home. It was built in the 90s so it presented a few challenges, but Brian was able to work around most of them.
He replaced a pedestal sink with a vanity in the half bathroom, caulked the kitchen and bathrooms where caulking was missing or had deteriorated, replaced a bathtub faucet that was leaking, installed GCFI outlets where needed in the bathrooms, attached hooks to our sectional, and hung blinds/shade on our back door window.
He did a good job so we’d definitely have him come back out.
