They cleaned our ducts, leveled one of our HVAC units, fixed our bathroom vents (noise and venting to roof instead of attic). The job took 3 days. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very thorough job. We are bringing them back to exchange Mercury thermostats for smart ones.

He arrived early, he followed the set procedures described when the inspection was done. He made sure all vents were sealed shut and proceeded to clean the AC system. he kept me updated on his progress and took pictures of before and after letting me see what had been done. He finished with AC system and then cleaned the dryer duct which was in much worse condition than was first thought. He removed a blockage over a foot long and a bird nest. He cleaned the entire duct and finished by cleaning up any mess created by his work and resetting the AC system. He also checked the AC filter and cover, cleaning the cover and letting me know what size filter I needed which I ordered. I paid for the agreed price and he finished up and left. No muss, no fuss.

Jeff and his trainee were very punctual. Jeff provided the expertise, mentoring and explaining his technique. Although cameras, endoscopic, and infrared technology is beneficial as tools, I do not believe they substitute for a thorough cleaning. After the downstairs vents were cleaned with a backpack vacuum with a 6ft attachment, and a negative air pressure machine hooked up to the return vent on that floor, and spraying a chemical on the vents they moved upstairs and tested the air movement upstairs and determined they did not need to be cleaned. The experience was a little odd, but after they left I removed the return vent that hadn't been removed(the screws were still in place where they had been painted over) since I moved in 1.5 years ago. I replaced the return filter upstairs and took pics and video of how dirty it was in the duct and sent them to Jeff and he explained that there is no distribution of air from those vents and doesn't effect the occupants. Jeff was polite and offered to refund me the amount paid because I was not satisfied with his methods. I would consider using Jeff for other work, but will find someone else to professionally clean my air ducts.
