Patrick not only knows how to play guitar extrely well, he also knows how to teach guitar. I have played for over 40 years and learned completely new approaches my improvising. I have also seen Patrick work with beginners with enthusiasim and he was able to express concepts so the beginner understood. I recommend Patrick for any level of guitar student.

About

I have over 40 years of guitar teaching experience and have had several students get scholarships to colleges playing guitar. I teach all styles of guitar, and the instruction is tailored to the student's needs and desires. I have students that have been playing for over 30 years that want to improve their playing as well as first time beginners. I teach reading, harmony, theory chord construction, chord substitution and chord melody. I studied the guitar in Chicago with some of the country's finest guitarists: Bert Hill, Joe Rumoro Sr., Freddy Rundquist, Bobby Roberts, Frank Dawson, and Stu Pierce. In addition, I studied harmony and theory with Carmen Dello and jazz with Joe Daly. I am available for teaching in Huntsville, Alabama and the surrounding area and in the Shoals area (Muscle Shoals, Florence, Tuscumbia, and Sheffield, Alabama). I am available to give instruction in your home or office should you have that need. I've taught guitar and fretted instruments at Northwest Shoals Community College for approximately 15 years and at Robbin's Music Center In Huntsville, Alabama where I have been, and have currently been teaching in for over 20 years. References are available on request.

My name is Tony Bruce. I'm the lead guitarist and singer for The Renegades out of Huntsville, Alabama. I have over 20 years of experience performing, recording and tutoring musical instruments and music theory. I have several references from former students who excelled after lessons from me. I accept all ages and skill levels. My fees are very reasonable for professional tutoring. One-hour sessions are for $30 and 2-hour sessions are for $50. I recommend 2-3 times a week for better results but will work with what you have time for. I teach in my band room at home or can come to you up to 20 miles. I'm also available for tracks and can record a demo to CD. Thanks!
