FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although the hourly national average for a certified personal trainer is about $55 per hour, my hourly rate is significantly higher for two reasons: 1) I train you in the comfort of your home, or office or even outdoors. And if you get permission from your gym, I will train you there as well. 2) I get results! My base rate of $85 per hour is non-negotiable! However, for those clients that train with me at least 3-days a week, for 12 consecutive weeks, I have been known to provide those that I feel truly gave it their all a 15 percent refund at the end of their training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Training begins with an in-person assessment. During the assessment, you will be provided with several questionnaires and from the assessment and the questionnaires, I will be able to best determine your capabilities. It is critically important to both your current health as well as your future health, that a fitness professional determine the most efficient path to better health through fitness.
