- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are always subject to change based on being military, student, teacher, working for a non-profit or based on individual discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess their needs based on a standard questionnaire, then follow up with a personal e-mail or call. Once we have establish needs, we can establish what services you need to accomplish those needs, and what your budget is, and negotiate prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I compete regularly in multiple fields, run my own website, and have been in charge of unit fitness when I was in the Army.
