As a landlord, ETA did a bunch of my properties recently. They worked well with the insurance companies. They get right on the job and do it right, very willing to explain what, why and how they are doing the work. They have a good relationship with their supply house, able to get styles when other roofers couldn't. They picked up extra business from me because they were so easy to work with. They are very responsive on follow up calls. I learned a lot from them, and HIGHLY recommend them.
